Requirements of a Total Youth Ministry CORE Team Member:
 
Becoming a member of a Total Youth Ministry CORE Team brings with it many blessings, but also requires a significant amount of dedication.  A CORE Team member is required to commit to serving at least two semesters, or a total of one year. 
 
Furthermore, each member will be expected to attend each T.Y.M. weekly youth night, as well as help to prepare several youth nights a semester.  As a member of the Junior T.Y.M. CORE Team, one is expected to attend at least one meeting of the Thursday Daily Mass Club each month, as well as at least one Confirmation Family Class during Confirmation preparation.  Each Jr. T.Y.M. CORE Team member is also expected to attend CORE Team meetings as necessary. 
 
As a member of the Senior (High School) T.Y.M. CORE Team, one is expected to attend at least one meeting of the Thursday Daily Mass Club, as well as one meeting of Vital Signs.   Each Senior T.Y.M. CORE Team member is also expected to attend CORE Team meetings as necessary.  All team members are encouraged to attend extra-curricular T.Y.M. events (i.e. retreats, lock-ins, high school events, etc.) so as to further T.Y.M.’s holistic approach to Catholic youth ministry.
